Fixes missing "color" in nursing_home_8 OMT

This was mistakenly removed in #75236 a2f98e8#diff-134fecad0ff319a96b479903ae3fb93e955e8ebd97142e1396cdd7ea3a54fd32L667 but color isn't optional in OMTs.
